I am with Rogers. Does anyone know what this is? It is listed under "Included with My Plan".

    Thanks!

No clue, if I were to guess. Long shot answer would be, if you reach the falls, and you're near the border, Could possibly intercept with other US Services? I had it happen once, and got charged. So I have no clue. Just a long shot guess.

It's there so you don't get charged a roaming rate of $1.45 off the US tower if you happen to connect to it.

It's also in place for people in the Detroit/Windsor area as well as Vancouver.

Be aware though, this only helps with your Voice calling, not texting or data usage, so you should go into your settings an set it to manual "Rogers" only and not automatic.

Rogers can also put a "Block Roaming outside of Rogers" code on your account as well.
