I've called 10 t mobile stores this morning trying to trade in my old curve for a Q10 just to be reminded that they are no longer in stock. Now it's advertised on their website that you can trade up to the Q10 or Z10, but on the bottom it says "in store only". So basically you can trade up in store only but they haven't been in stores for a few months. Total scam

I believe the store can just place an order for it.

They don't want you to trade-in for a BB. They want you to trade in for an i-phone or Samsung. Another thread said they when they talked to a customer rep for T-Mo, that they were going to discontinue selling BB's. Haven't they already, along with every other carrier in the US (Verizon doesn't see BB's, only displays them).

Walk into a T-Mobile and throw the curve at them! It can withstand a lot so no worries!

1 rep told me that I had to go online and do it, another didn't know what I was talking about, and a third said she hasn't seen any training on it.

You go to the store so the reps can evaluate the condition of the phone. The store reps call customer care and order the phone which will be mailed to your home. If they tell you they can't they are lying to you. Put the CFO letter on your browser if you need to but don't let them work you over.

If you want to take advantage of the deal remind them if they are going to use their money they can show you what ever phone that they want. Since you are using your money you want a BlackBerry.

100% false, was in a verizon store yesterday and they had Q10's and Z10's and Z30's in stock.

That being said, i hate how the verizonwireless.com store is layed out... it doesn't show ANY blackberries unless you specifically check off blackberry. If you scroll through it goes, Apple, Droid, Samsung, Motorola, HTC, LG, Windows.. can anyone else confirm they experience the same thing, this is RIDICULOUS.
Go to Cell Phones, Smartphones & the Largest 4G LTE Network – Verizon Wireless click on shop, then smartphones...

Just went into a T-Mobile store in Commack, Long Island (not a corporate store) and traded in my old Curve 9315 for a NEW Q10 and received $250 for the Curve ($200 instantly and a $50 Bill Credit) - offer is not BS.
