What qualifies a line for NE2?
Our family plan has 4 lines the primary line has NE2 and my secondary line has it. but the 2 other lines that have been on longer arent? they are up for a 2 year upgrade in 4/10 and 7/10. but they apparently arent NE2 i think because I cannot get a one year upgrade with them. Is it only smartphones that get the NE2? also could they maybe be up for a 1 year upgrade if the main line had NOT been upgraded in the last 6 months?

Here is the stipulations for NE2:

- Two-year contract
- Activate and remain on any calling plan with monthly access of $34.99 or higher until redemption.
- Secondary lines with a monthly access fee below $34.99 are not eligible.
- NE2 is based on the calling plan's monthly access amount and does not include add-on features (i.e., adding a data feature).
- Customers who replace their device at a discounted price prior to the NE2 eligibility date have their NE2 eligibility date reset.
- Prepaid customers are not eligible to participate in NE2.
