I received two new phones today from wirefly under one plan. However one of them was set up as Enterprise Server while the other is for personal use. I need both to be for personal use so I can set up regular email and what not.
Can I just take it into Alltel and have them set it up correctly?
Also you will want to go to alltel.blackberry.com to re-send the service books. Usually Alltel does not do it right away. You will need to log into the site to re-send the service books, if I remember correctly the first time using the alltel.blackberry.com website you need to put your PIN in and then it will walk you through to set up the account. If alltel doesn't know what to do tell them to change code on your internet package from BES to BIS.
