Talked to an MTS rep today and they said once they do some 'testing' 10.3.1 will be out in early march. Oh well I've waited this long what's another couple of weeks.

MTS Sucks. I am *SO* glad I'm with Rogers. Unfortunate part is the wife is stuck with them. Ugh.
