    Im a chicken sh*t and do not wanna try the leaked OS. I tryed but i couldnt delete the vendor xml file it kept coming back. I gave up and decided to wait for an offical update. Anybody know when its coming out. I am tired of soo much LAG.

    Don't hold your breath...I would personally recommend following the instructions for upgrading your OS and try again.

    what? where? I just checked RIM's site and Telus doesn't have an OS listed for the Storm yet.

    I agree... Also, have a look at some other posts in the forums on how to optimize your Storm for better performance. Telus is usually WAAAAAAY behind on 'official' OS upgrades.

    I could be wrong, but on the storm, can't you just go to options and then advanced and then wireliess upgrade?

    There has to be an update available for that to work and as stated .76 is the latest from telus. I am running .85 on telus with no issues to date. It is MUCH faster than .76

    is anyone running .122 i am and it is still lagging.wish telus would get there **** together.verizon had an update for awhile now.i dont get why it can only be download for a carrier.

    Hey Guy's i have both the 9530 and the 9550 these phones are way better once you download the 5 os , there is no lag and they are fine, on the 9530 5.0.0.328 is great and on my 9550 i am running 5.0.0428 and its great. You should figure how to down load them it will make your phone twice as good.

    Where did U get .428 for STORM2 & any problems. I am on Telus also, using .320.

    I Just kept searching the forums on here , but just like the guy above said just google it , its a really stable os the .428. Just dont forget to delete the vendor xml file. When I spoke to telus the rep even told me it was a good os.
