Not sure of what service you asked about. But if you are looking for true "live" tv, the closest I've found is Xfinity TV Go, there a a few channels they do stream "live", but delayed a bit, and goes to grey when the commercials run.
I would also look at Showbox, they have quite a selection of movies and the latest shows. I have had good results with those. You can either download 'em, or just watch them stream in, although it takes a couple of minutes to load the buffer and get the stream going...

Isn't that what AT&T used to try to push on the old BBOS phones? I remember that being one of the service book pushed apps on my old Torch 9800 five years ago. It was a service you had to sign up for. Extra money for something that wasn't really worth it.

Along the lines of the old TeleNav app they tried to push while, at the time, they suppressed BlackBerry Maps (that eventually stopped and BB Maps started showing back up on all AT&T BlackBerry phones sometime around 2012, I think). Even though anyone could still get Google Maps for BB at the time.

No,it was never ported over to BB10.

Actually, AT&T has very little in the way of bloatware on their BB10 phones compared to what they used to have, much less all the crud they put on their Android phones.
