    So a while back, Tmo USA acquired MetroPCS for their LTE network.

    Doing a manual scan, I see MetroPCS LTE in my area, but connecting to it treats it still as a non-home network with no roaming agreement, so I get SOS service only, just like if I tried to connect to AT&T service.

    I am otherwise in a HSPA+ only area with Tmo. (Well, it may even be still HSPA, I have solid way of knowing since their indicator shows 4G either way, ridiculously.)

    Does anyone have knowledge about how long carriers take to fully utilize another carrier's network that they acquired?
