Hey folks under the bell app under my device it lists under network I'm on LTE. Having said that I have never once seen LTE show up on my upper right hand corner where it states the signal. It has only said H+ and yes I have turned on my phone settings to LTE option in network.

    LTE shows but no LTE!-img_20151005_100239.png

Speak to your network provider, something is probably wrong at their end

I had called in beforehand requesting the lte but they specifically told me can't add Lte on due to my unlimited data plan. However last week it shows me that in the picture. So that's why I'm confused now.

Yah unlimited plans don't have LTE
You have to choose one or the other
Your device detects LTE on the network, but your Sim is blocked against accessing it

So why would they say lte on my account as shown in the picture if it doesn't work on my device. You know what I mean?

Had the same problem with my passport on the Bell network. Always showing H+. They were assuring me I had LTE, but never seen on my device. Dumped Bell and now with Rogers network. LTE now showing in flying colors.

Did you tell them you'd feel more assured if the H+ logo was transferred too an LTE logo on your device?

Called them numerous times. My H+ signal was week, refreshing was very slow. They said everything was fine on their end. So why don't I see LTE? They told me it could be cause my phone was not bought through carrier and bought directly through BlackBerry. Bunch of BS if you ask me. Anyhow LTE working great through Rogers network, very fast.

I as well am thinking of perhaps jumping ship and joining another phone carrier. However I called Rogers to get a price plan and it is significantly more money! Funny thing Is I had asked is their any promotions or specials for members coming from bell etc. He told me yes and he'd get to them. After 20 minute conversation (might have been longer). He says he'll give me like $50 off a new android phone. Lol

    Cheers
