Hello! I'm still using BB10, but looking to upgrade by the end of the year to one of the Android BlackBerry. What specifics should I look for? CDMA? Or can an unlocked GSM work? Almost everything I've come across for sale is GSM.

At this point, your only truly supported hardware, since CDMA is also being phased out, would be the Key2 LE model.
I hope this isn't a dumb question, but can the Key2LE do both GSM and CDMA? Or are there 2 versions? Thanks in advance!

There’s no CDMA version of the Key 2 LE or many other phones used on VZW today. CDMA is being phased out by VZW on all hardware since CDMA is being replaced by newer LTE on the same frequencies. It’s considered old technology.
If you're on any GSM carrier or Verizon, you can buy the LE and it will work 100% out of the box.
Actually only the Verizon sold KEY2 LE (via corporate sales) works 100%. WiFi calling and VVM doesn't seem to work on unlocked devices.
