so my service providor is fido, how do i log in to the site fido.blackberry.com? what username do i provide? I tried to have it send password using my pin, but it sent an email saying doesnt exist or something, so what do i use to login? I tried my fido.blackberry email, doesnt work, doesnt get any email. Thanks

by the way my plan is the blackberry unlimited IM and Email. does not have data. Email and IM works fine

If you haven't done so,

You need to go to email setup on your device and create a BIS username and pass by clicking on menu.

If it asks you for the username/pass in the email setup then there was one already created and you will need to contact fido support

i did the email setup, i have a fido.blackbery.com email address, tried login in with tat, doesnt work

Call fido and ask for your fido.blackberry.com username.
