Ok, so I just got my blackberry storm, and I tried searching for this but couldn't find anything, but my phone, which does not have a password will not unlock once I lock the phone. It says "Screen is Locked. Press the lock button to unlock." Ok, that sounds simple, but when I press the lock button (i set it to my left convenience key), it does nothing & my phone stays locked. The only resolve for it is a battery pull. Am I doing something wrong here? How do you unlock the phone without enabling a password?

the lock/unlock button is on the top left side of the storm. that is the one u need to use.

Thank you very much. I actually found that out on my own... it's actually pretty hard to find! haha

Not so hard to find considering the top of the phone has a picture of a lock
