Just found this out this weekend and thought I'd share. If you are a T-Mobile customer and have a Twitter account, T-Mobile has an account as well. Through their account they update you on goodies that are coming as well as outages. They have a Facebook as well, but my understanding is that the Twitter account is the better option. I knew about T-Mobile on Twitter for a while now and I'm surprised more people aren't following them - they have been very attentive to the twitter page and @replies, and respond to them nicely and quickly.
