Anyone else find issues sending mms on tmobile usa? Happened at first last week, I get a red "x" and "general problems" displayed. I did update to 10.2.1 2 around 2 weeks ago but it sent mms just fine at first.

I did also update my apn settings per suggestions online and restarted several times.

    Any thoughts??

Interesting. On VZW we cannot update our APN which is why we can't send. Do you have the correct field info for the APN?

Yes. I believe so. Here's a screenshot, I've tried several sets from the Internet.

This happened to me on a handful of leaks while using wifi calling. The only remedy I found was to use an official build. I don't have a solution to suggest other than rolling back to 10.1.0.4200.

Despite the error, texts do go through. I've had long conversations where everything had "general problems" next to the message, yet the recipient got it just fine. It's an annoyance nonetheless.

A couple of days ago was not able to send/receive MMS over wifi-calling. Restart solved. But was still getting and sending over cell.

Back up your phone. Factory reset it and it'll fix it. Its a pain, but will work after that. Had the same problem for months..

What do you have as your mmsc settings? Just below the apn settings,
    which are fast.t-mobile.com
I had this issue and someone here posted the following which worked for me. In the MMSC URL field. http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

Where do you find those? I don't see them in the apn/network settings

Thanks I'll keep that in mind. I'm hesitant to do that since I just did it when I moved to 10.2.1.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue on an older phone? Already did a re-set and re-sent service books. Blackberry says it's a tMo issue and tMo insists that it's the phone! There is no Hub or Advanced option on the SMS Text settings on this ancient beast. I'm going nuts. Any help appreciated (besides "Get a new phone!" lol). The weird thing? I can send them from entries in the address book, but not out of the SMS/MMS Folder!! weird...

    HELLO

I went to the T-MOBILE store three times and had no luck. ago After calling tech support to make sure that I indeed had internet service, it still didn't work for over 24 hours so I kept tweaking different settings.
1st - you have to call tech support to make sure T-Mobile have you on the right data plan for the Z10.
2nd - make sure you hit the reset for the APN so that is is fast.t-mobile.com; and
    3rd - set the network mode to 4G, 3G, & 2G.
I tried all of them one at a time and this was the only one that connected my internet without wifi being on.

Let me know if this works for you......Good Luck!

There is no "right data plan for the Z10". It's just a data plan.

    No leaks. No betas. Ever.
