    You can login to your My Verizon account on the Verizon website and it will be in Unbilled Usage or you can dial #DATA + SEND from your handset (airtime free).

    There are also 3rd party apps that you can use that track it on the device. If you do a search for them, there are several threads on this subject on CB. I have an unlimited plan, so I don't dwell on that.
