So my company is planning to link all our BBs together and purchase this[url=http://eaccess.com/blackberry-technical-support-services.htm]t-support[url]. Now I read through it and it said that you can ask them questions, but it also mentioned being able to do things like broadcast and such. Will they still be able to have access to my phone, since it is on a different network?
I got this gut feeling I'm going to need to get a different BB if they want to manage mine, but I'd rather pass on the support to keep my carrier.
