I am considering moving to Wind from Rogers, but I do have a bit of reservations.

My past friends on Wind had issues receiving and sending text messages on time. There were many times that I would get their text messages with a few hour delay.

For my line of work, quick text messages are quite important, although I can use BBM with my family for instant messaging.

Other than that, I think I should be pretty good.

All depending on where you're located, each area is different.

Their coverage map is pretty reflective of their service. Vancouver, burnaby coquitlam and Surrey are for the most part well covered and a good value for your money. If you travel outside of those areas you risk paying "partner" fees.

I work near railtown/gas town and the service is good, download speeds of 8-15mbs. I live in Cloverdale/Langley area and drive home now has no holes. I find that even if I am roaming it is still cheaper than a 2 gb plan on say bell, only $0.05 per mb so $50/gb (never going to happen). I am on the $45 plan with unlimited everything Canada & USA. Good speeds when traveling in the USA, generally very happy since the upgrades these past few months!

I just switched over to Koodo's 48$ Saskatchewan Plan and ported my BC number in to save a few $$$. Unfortunately, I couldn't handle the reception in North Van anymore. I'm sad that I had to leave Wind especially after having their new 45$ North American roaming plan. Hopefully Wind will turn up the volume in the North Shore so i can switch back again.
