Yes it is common on bb 10 models to have a 15 , 16 or 17 digit IMEI#

We only need the first 15 digits to process the code.

I will email you as soon as it's done processing, we will try to get you the code, but in general telcel mexico is sometimes hard to process codes for.

If still there is no code available the best bet is to contact your network directly.

I tried processing it but unfortunately there is no code available. We will refund in full.

Also I will try and see if there is any way we can process this through telcel, will let you know.

If not then please contact them directly to request the code, they may be able to provide it.

Will try again and let you know, but as I said before sometimes telcel is hard to process for.

Sorry no tries can't be restored

Don't use all 10 tries

Ya, for the new BB10 models the system is different and not currently possible to reset counter like on the older models
when it is possible in the future we will update

If it's Vodafone in general it's hard to unlock, it's best if you can contact the network directly to request the unlock code if a phone is LOCKED TO Vodafone
