    So i have tried to order the code from two different sources and its returned not available. The phone is brand new out the box has not been used yet.

    I purchased an unlock code off you yesterday at around 1pm and haven't heard anything back since. No confirmation email or anything, can you please confirm that my code is on it's way to me. please contact me ASAP with some sort of update.

    As soon as you make an order you should automatically receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that the code is processing as well as a special offer. Also you should have received a paypal receipt from us. Maybe it went to junk mail.

    I emailed you just now regarding unlocking your Vodafone UK Classic, you can reply back via email anytime.

    Well I can't say I am having any luck with BlackberryCodeSource. I ordered a code and have not got any message from them, acknowledgement of order or any reply to my messages. So from my point of view they are not recommended. In fact, to hell with them.

    The delivery time is An estimated delivery time

    You received a receipt from us right after ordering as well as were forwarded to our sites thank you page that confirms your order is processing.

    Also after you emailed us we relied within 2 hours roughly with a confirmation again as you requested

    Then the unlock code was coming back as not found with the regular method so we emailed you to tell you it is reprocessing With the not found method as your phone is a Vodafone model and unlike North America models that are easy to unlock. These can take 2 methods sometimes to unlock.

    Since you have opened a dispute and requested a refund We will cancel the order and refund you as you have requested.

    We apologize if any inconvenience was caused but we assure you we emailed you many times maybe they went to your junk mail.

    Anyways you will see with any other unlocker that the code will come back as not found with the regular method as well for your imei

    Yes, it is true you did reply to me. I only discovered this by examining my particular email account that you wrote to and I apologise for the accusation. In my defence however, I observed that a message was sent but for some reason it was not forwarded to my working email account while all other messages were. So this is something to be aware of for others perhaps. Something in your message headers prevents email forwarding. You said in the PayPal resolution centre that Vodaphone did not reply to your request for codes. Well, perhaps you should put this fact up on your web site so that anyone else who wants to buy a UK Vodaphone Classic can make a decision about that. As for the rate you offered, you quoted a lower rate for a longer time frame. A nice marketing ploy, I agree, but I thought I was paying for a quicker service - within 24hrs - that was not realisable. I would be grateful if you could be clear about whether this phone can be unlocked or not. I am sure there are readers on this forum who would like to know.

    No problem at all, mistakes happen and sometimes emails can go to junk /spam

    We appreciate that you are reaching out to clear it up and we also appreciate your business

    The regular method came back as NOT FOUND for your IMEI# for Vodafone, however we have a NOT FOUND method that can sometimes provide codes as well if they originally came back as NOT FOUND via the regular method,

    We have tried the NOT FOUND method for your IMEI# and again unfortunately it is coming back as NOT FOUND, this is not something that happens all the time, but certain Vodafone UK IMEI#'s for some reason can't be processed, If that happens we always refund in full right away.

    The best thing to do is try emailing us in a few weeks and we can try reprocessing it for you again. Sometimes the code is then possible to process by one of the 2 methods.

    If you still need to unlock it in a few weeks and want to try with us, just email me anytime, you don't need to order again simply send me the IMEI# and we will reprocess your IMEI#, if there is a code available you can pay then.

    If not and you want to unlock any other phone in the future then email us as well and we will set you up with a special discount as we want to you to be happy when unlocking with us

    I ordered a code from you via Unlock Codes Direct on the 12th of October. When i queried the delay in getting the unlock code they sent me the following reply:

    Dear Customer,

    This is the payment/wholesale address

    Please email sales@samsungcodesource.com
    For samsung

    Or sales@blackberrycodesource.com for blackberry

    They will help

    I have sent an email to this address and no replies to date. I also sent an email to you guys from an email listed on this post and still nothing...are you guys still offering the service? if not how do i get a refund of my $34??

    Go to settings- security and privacy- then sim card. Scroll down a bit and you should see if it's locked under network status
