I had basically given up on this some weeks ago because I was spending a rediculous amount of time on the phone with Sprint tyring to fix this.
Fastforward 2 weeks later, I notice a credit on my next bill for $300something. Not bad. I didn't ask Sprint was the credit was for and. Honestly at this point, didn't care. Best part of this is that when I flip to the taxes/surcharges page of the bill, I'm still being charged for counties taxes. Gotta love it. I now have my receptionist handling it. Thanks to all that have helped with this.
