Rogers charges per message MMS unless it's included on your plan. (i.e.the $20 communicate plan)

I just asked a rep this question last night. If you don't have MMS in a plan (like that $20 communicate plan), then each MMS sent is $0.50. The $20 communicate value pack includes 1000 sent MMS but they won't let anyone with a data plan (or even $15 email plan) have it becuse of the 5MB mobile internet conflict. I'm not sure if tere are any other plans offered for MMS on its own.
