Just recieved my 19th bill from o2 .

Im on an 18 month contract. I was under the impression that O2 would take my last payment for month 18, which was last month, and stop use of my phone.

So now i have to shell out another 30, i have 500 to last me the month, i have 40 coming out for my new Vodafone contract and 250 to cover my insurance and all other car related s**te.

Im now left with 180 for the rest of the month and i have to think about petrol and christmas presents. Whoop de f**king doo.

Anyone able to shed any light on this, apparantly ive used 24 text messages this month and 52 mins, if i continue to still use my phone will the continue to charge me 30 each month, is that how it works ?

After the contract ends, you go month-to-month. That's why you're still getting a bill.

If you don't want to pay for service, cancel the service.
