I have a Q10 that I got on eBay. I'd like to be able to hide Calls from the Hub. I should be able to do so by going to Settings>Hub Management>Calls, but when I do so I don't get the options for Calls. Instead, I get the options for Visual Voicemail. If I do Settings>Hub Management>Visual Voicemail, nothing happens at all. It looks like the Visual Voicemail app has taken over the link, so there's no way to do what I want to do.

My question is: Are any other T-Mobile users seeing this glitch? I'm trying to figure out if the Visual Voicemail app is specific to T-Mobile, and is causing trouble.

Hub - settings - hub management - calls - show in separate account only.

Not on my Q10. Here's the first screen in Hub Management:

If I click on Calls, I get:

As you can see, it's the wrong screen, so I can only change the setting for Visual Voicemail, not Calls.

@Slff -- Yes, I checked in Phone settings, but I don't see any setting for this. I suspected a glitch in the OS I was using, but the problem is still there after upgrading. Moreover, no one else seems to be experiencing it.

Don't give the girl friend your Q10 number that the wife can access and you won't have that problem.

I would think it's an os thing. Have you tried the 2947 leak.

Not yet. I just went from .2228 to .2758 today. I'll try .2947 soon.

Try it with the 2274 radio. Best combo for me and if your AT&T you should be close to Telus In canada, cause I always loaded the AT&T roms on my samsungs.

Just a hunch, but before doing anything drastic could you try deleting your Android apps and then doing a volume rocker restart? An apk might be the source of the problem. It reminds me of an issue I had where I'd tap on a phone number in a text message or email and Viber would launch instead of the phone app.

Okay, that seemed like a good idea, but it didn't fix it.

I also went to .2947/.2274, and that didn't do it either. I wiped the device too. I think I'm just going to have to live with my phone calls in the Hub. I don't like them there; they just clutter it up so it's harder to find other things. But I don't know what else to try to get rid of it.

Just delete the call out of your hub.

Just out of curiosity if you turn visual voice mail on to show in app what happens.

Visual Voicemail disappears from the Hub, just as it should. It's almost like a hardware issue, except that doesn't make sense.
