I just got a used blackberry world edition yesterday with Verizon. When I was in the store the lady unlocked unlocked the keypad in a cinch, but she was showing me so much at once, I guess i didn't pay close enough attention to which buttons she was hitting.. I know it shows the star key, but I am not sure what the green icon means. I was guessing it meant the little scoll ball thing.. I have only been able to unlock it once. Am I hitting the right buttons? I keep having to remove the battery and restart it. Does this hurt the phone? Please help!
