Help with Orange network (EE)

Hey guys I've got a Q10 that is locked to Orange in France.

I've tried to use a EE ( orange & T-Mobile) sim card however it doesn't work. As orange is now part of EE it's hard to get an orange sim card.

Please anyone with info how to unlock it to all networks - I've been to many mobile phone shops in London,UK and they say they can't unlock BB10 phones *sighs*

Orange UK has nothing to do with this phone. You need to get a code from Orange France. I can't read French too well, but this might be the way to go: Mobile, tablette, cl� domino : obtenir le d�simlockage - Assistance Orange

Or you can always try a (paid) online unlocking service.
