apparently I have a free $50 upgrade on my account with verizon which the last 2 year contract i signed ends on 6/19/09.

Shouldn't I be getting the $100 upgrade if I decide to upgrade to storm from 8830 if I sign another 2 year contract now?

Current calling plan is less than 79.99 it's a $50 credit. Above 79.99 is $100 credit. Also, it based on the calling plan and not other features and services you may have. So insurance, data packages or messaging package add-ons do not contribute unless it's included as part of your plan.

If you can get the $50 now its a VIP discount..if you have to wait until 2/19/09 to get the dsicount its because your ppl does not meet the 79.99 req for $100 disc
