Hello everyone,

i bought a vodafone uk locked q10 from ebay, i live in italy so i bought also the unlocking codes from unlockunit.com
they sent me 2 codes but both are wrong, what should i do?

Have you contacted unlockit? There is usually support contact information.

Yeah i told them that the codes were wrong but they havent replied yet!

You should just be able to email them and get a refund. You may have to prove that the codes don't work but I'd fully expect to get a refund.

Have you tried using a different supplier yet?
