    I GET THE ERROR MESSAGE ON MY BB9700 DEVICE EVERYTIME I RESTART OR STARTED MY DEVICE.

    MESSAGE : uncaught exception net.rim.device.api.i18n.missingresourceexception

    I can not do anything on my phone. I restarted it , it works for awhile and then it pops out again and again. It happened after I have installed the Bell East Asian package on my device.

    Please help. I dont know what happened. How could I fix it??? :**(
