I found this thread via Google, and was surprised to see the OP's logo was in fact the same logo as a site I'd come across to unlock a hardlocked Torch.
However, on the website, there isn't an option to actually order this service, as far as I can tell.
Is the OP still in business? Is it possible to unlock a hardlocked Bell Blackberry Torch 9800? This particular device came to be with 0 attempts left on the MEP unlock.
If the OP is no longer offering this service, does anyone know of a reputable dealer that is? Much appreciate any and all info that leads to finding a dealer I can send my "backup" Torch to so I can get it working on my network.
@ mehul,
sorry love,
unlike you the case i had was for the unblock sites of my bb 8520 curve, the unlocker enter all 10 wrong codes at a stretch u know. then i had the phone permanently locked to the vodafone network...was quite a new phone though, lol

craigslisting or yellowbooking "unlocking" is usually a great way to find local unlocker's that can help you unlock it with cables!
Hello guys, any news on Torch 9800, got this phone on ebay and when received realized that the previous owner left in zero the MEP counter..
No solution as of yet, but as mentioned above it is still in the works. We will make a public announcement when the solution is ready for the 9800/9780/9300.
Will cost a little more doing it locally because it takes longer but there is always that solution. yellowbook or craigslisting local unlocking stores is some of your best bets
