    I'm having browser issues, and it's probably due to not having the latest update, so I called AT&T to tell them my problem. Before I ended my call with the rep. I asked her if she could log as not having the latest BlackBerry Update.

    Not having the update is the issue.. and it's another way of complaining to AT&T for not pushing out the BlackBerry update.. I really do have a Browser issue with my phone, however, I'm get AT&T to push the BlackBerry Update..

    According to att management they are not releasing 10.2.1. They told me that they don't support blackberry so don't hold your breath on them releasing it.
