Similar to yours I guess, they told me for 500MB I'd have to pay $10 extra (pre-tax) a month; so guess it comes out just a TAD cheaper for me (10+taxes =$13 or so, so would bring me up to around 58) - you would have more "anytime" minutes but I mostly talk to just those 10 people (otherwise calls are incoming which I have plenty of minutes for)
It's not a bad plan by all means, and with the recent price hikes for Rogers it's def decent - if you want you can try haggling with retentions, but if you call too many times they'll flag you...

I've seen lots of people get it for $150. I would work on getting the phone for no more then $200 but the plan seems a really good one. The advertised price on a cell phone is like the sticker price on a car, you can always get it for much less.
