I dont think so, this was offered after 3 years with Telus by a manager.

You should check if this plan transfers over to their HSPA side of things or just CDMA before saying yes.

Sounds like a good deal. You did not mention long distance. This could add up if you have family/friends outside Vancouver. Call Telus by phone for some LD thrown in. No harm in asking.

I am not sure about the hspa but I got 3 years didn't have to but phone discounts worth it in my opinion. As for long distance I never use it or use the phone much, bbm txt msn is all I need to talk to friends and fam.
