APN issues maybe? Sa Globe kasi we have 2 types of APN to choose from. Prepaid & Postpaid... If you selected the wrong APN type wala kang internet.

Yung apn ng smart is internet lang. Yung sa globe wala akong problema. First time ko kasi magsmart, dahil wala daw data capping internet nila.

Good day CB. Guys sino gumagamit ng smart internet dito? Yung BB MONTH. I am using a Z3. Any configuration on my device that I need to do? Thanks ahead
Check your APN, it should say "internet" then go to Settings > About > Category: Network, overflow menu (three dots) then Register BlackBerry. Restart your device if you must.

Disagree.

Maybe, you meant it's no longer being offered for new subscribers. But old subs, with existing subscription, are still able to maintain the plan.

Just like me with Globe, no longer available for new subs, but for existing ones, still ok

Thank you guys for the response. Already solved the problem. Para sa mga may kaparehong incident netong sakin, the reason na hindi ako makaconnect sa net is yung powerapp ng smart. Though identified ni smart yung registration ko which is shown on the balance inquiry, pero need pa ioff si powerapp. OFF POWERAPP send to 5555 kung prepaid. Tapos nagrestart nalang ako pagkatapos kong mareceive confirmation nila. Thanks din Ron In Motion, I also tried your instruction ngayon.

Hahaha. Up to maximum number of devices ang nagconnect sakin kanina. Hahaha. Diba walang data capping to? Sabi mo dati up to 4GB max usage mo for one day. Hehehe.

I'm not promoting this store, pero as advertised, may warranty ang BlackBerry devices sa kanila.

Interestingly, they are a local site and have a local "contact us" address.

Problem I can see with them is their price. More expensive than just getting the unit from Memo Express and paying for the additional insurance of plus 1yr warranty.

You're right. Mahal pa rin ang Z30, Passport , Q10 at 5 nila. .

    BB MONTH = Php 599

    Exactly

In my case, I use the savings (400) for other add ons, such as super duo, which is - unlimited calls to globe and landline.

The rest of my fam simply uses the 400 savings as consumable.

We can try to escalate your concern to Michael Clewley, BlackBerry's Director for Software Product Management and Product Manager.
I think that's a good idea, but how?

499 = 900 PV lang sa akin. Sa inyo na 999 magkanu PV sa globe. Ayaw nila iconvert yung 250 PV to maximize my remaining PV na BlackBerry Ultima means unit value. Argh!
