I told globe about they said to leave my BlackBerry Q10 to them for a week and they'll troubleshoot it, and if nothing happens, they'll send my phone to Manila for technical analysis and i'll have to wait for 2-3 "phoneless" months.
Did any of you experienced a technical prob with your q10? What did you do?

That's BS talk of globe claudiecat. Just go to Jaka center in Makati and they will replace the keyboard for you with ZERO charge. I went there to have mine replaced and it just took me 15 mins? I went there very early and I was the first client.
Here's the address and tel no. They have excellent service there.
