May battery problem ako with my new Q10.

I have a Q10 from Globe which I recently got through recontracting. But since hindi pa nila ma transfer ang old SIM and new plan data sa bagong SIM until the 27th eh ginamit ko muna old Sim ko. Battery life is good, can last more than a day while always open ang 3G.

But kahapon, I inserted my other LTE Globe SIM from Lumia 920 to Q10 then all of the sudden eh nag drop to 2 hours ang full charge. I recharge but consistent pa rin ang very poor battery performance. I tried connecting to wifi only and same pa rin.
I disabled 4G by forcing the device to 2G/3G only but still 2 to 3 hours lang ang lifespan ng battery... finally I decided to wipe my Q10. With only 1 email account and Facebook active, I still get max 3 hours.

Should I return the unit na ba? Buti pa Z10 ko eh more than 15 hours ang average life ng battery with data always on.

Yep, balik 2 days with data always ON. Kaya lang 3G Sim lang from globe

So hindi sa fone ang prob. I tested old and new sim sa Q10 pareho lang napansin kong batt usage. Ang pansin ko lang pag unstable or mahina ang 4G signal mabilis uminit ang batt niya.

Unstable network signal makes it hard for the phone. So stick to what's consistent. It will be easier for the phone to handle it

Same globe postpaid with unli Internet ang SIMs ko... ang pinag iba lang is 2 years old without LTE yung isa which provides up to 2 days performance sa Q10 ko while yung bago eh LTE enabled but gravely underperform my Q10's battery to 3 hours.

Pero noong nakalagay naman sa Lumia 920 ko yung SIM eh 12 hours average ang battery ko.

I think I'll stick with my z10 for a while until a really good upgrade comes. The z30 is nice but i don't think it's compelling enough for me. Hopefully that octacore phone will become a reality soon, though I'm fine with just a quadcore.

Di siguro nka install ang Blackberry Link. It contains the drivers needed for your phone to be detected by your pc.

Ang official OS for globe. 1925 parin, I used sachesi to update mine to .2141 so far ang napansin ko lang is better ang battery performance compared to .1925.

Also under suncellular, did the update using autoloader... mas prefer ko naman un kesa sachesi. iba't ibang preference lang talaga ang mga users.

Did some research and I see that they sell STA100-2 which supports Smart LTE(band1 or 2100mhz) and globeLTE(band3 or 1800mhz)

So im good to go with the Z30 excited already...


.... now where can I buy case and screen guard?
