Mine was initially 364mb then after installation there was another 999mb. So I slept through it. When I woke up and checked it said "download interrupted". In other words, I wasn't able to upgrade (via 3G). Maybe Globe's system detected that I was downloading a huge file and implemented it's "Fair Usage Policy" on my account.
Anyone here affected by the "Fair Usage Policy" of Globe? Torrents are their main target, followed by downloads of big files. I just can't get why they need to throttle downloads once they detect you are downloading via torrents (and that applies to all postpaid and prepaid users). The 1GB (daily) limit is disregarded once you do torrents.
