You can't. It's a 10.2 bug bit mainly on the Z30. We have to wait for an update.

I remember having it since 10.1 on my Z10. My solution is closing the app and opening it again.

That will fix it temporarily but the issue will be back, it's a bug. But like I said an update is in the works.
