Did you sideload the unlocked runtime? And what games are not working? Try sideloading the game again. Just overwrite the bar.

Hi, I tried the holding if up down button but I kept saving screen shots. Hehe. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah, side loaded the unlocked runtime. Games that stopped working were Brizzle, and another LINE that I forgot the title if since I already deleted it.

Actually, after I side loaded the unlocked runtime I tried installing the update that BlackBerry rolled out in BlackBerry World. Maybe I shouldn't have done that?

Is your device an STL100-1? Try restarting using the power/lock button on top. Press and hold, then tap 'Restart'. Works the same way.

How long are holding it down? It should be about 10-15 seconds

Yes, you shouldn't have done that. Try reinstalling the Unlocked RT and not the one from BlackBerry World.

CB offers unlocking service. Have you tried loading the prepaid sim from smart? As far as I know globe doesn't carrier lock their BlackBerry 10 units.
