Go ahead but I think there is no difference since the OS version is still the same. Meaning, it wasn't revised or modified.

Is there no leaked update 10.2 that has no flash player issues?

I tried 1743, 1767 and 1791. installed several times. Wiped, installed, did not restore. Nothing worked for me.
All had flash player stuttering and lagging when I'm watching movies online (and no, it's not my network, because I'm having no issues whatsoever when i was on 10.1). Not sure about the other guys here.
Z10 STL100-2 / downgraded to 10.1.0.4828 (because 10.2 has flash player issues)
For those who still doesnt have the official update for 10.2, try using Sachesi. Based on other posts here in CB, they used Sachesi and got the update.
