You can google a site that hosts movies and check if it plays smoothly. The leaks I've tried (1743, 1767, 1791) had the movie stuttering when played. And I've checked if it's the connection and it's not.

If security wipe does not work try OS reload from BlackBerry Link. That should clear everything up since 10.2 is official now.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your Z10. Stupid question but is flash enabled in the browser? I've never had any problems with flash on any OS, official, leak or hybrid. If it's not a connection issue, then you would have to reload your OS as serahjessa said. When reloading, try doing a security wipe after installing the OS to make sure you have a clean install, then proceed with setup.

Got the notification this afternoon. Finished downloading it. At about 40% of installation, it stopped and gave an error.

Will try again tonight around midnight when network ain't that congested.

That's what I found weird. My first attempt yesterday afternoon was 400mb+. Last night, it was a little over 1gb.
