It shouldn't? I've never had this on Globe so yeah. Only on video calls though. If smart does have HD calling they should be advertising it.

AFAIK, lumalabas lang yung HD Icon kapag yung parehong device na involved sa call ay supported ng HD VoiceCall. Hindi ko lang sure kung activated din ang HD VoiceCall kapag hindi 3G or H+ ang Signal.
On the other side... I just plugged my Z10 to BB Link to sync. It shows an OS Update Notification even if I'm already on Official 10.2.1
I'm surprised but I didn't see any changes though.
Did anybody notice if one of their preset wallpapers, specifically the BB_blue.jpg one, is not showing its proper thumbnail? I also have a problem with thumbnails of some of my photos taken by the Q10 camera randomly disappearing. Weird.

What OS are you running? There was once an OS that behaves something like that. If you happen to be on 10.2.1.537, I cannot offer a solution since all my default wallpapers are displaying thumbnails correctly. If it still bugs you, you may want to reload your OS. Such PITA, I know.

Thanks for the response Ron! I am running the same OS out of the box. Haven't had time to update yet. But I remember a previous Q10 that I tried with the 10.2.0.4-something update that had missing album artwork thumbnails. And yes, such a PITA. You think updating will make this go away?
I'd like to ask if anyone here has tried to use a smart sim with their Globe-locked z10s. Openline nga ba yung z10s from Globe?

I wouldnt say using a smart sim with a "globe-lock". I thought my z10 from globe is lock, but it isnt. so should be smart/sun sim in a globr issued z10
