Globe and Smart users from the Philippines
- I just got off the phone with another globe rep and she is telling me any regular micro sim will do. They just have to activate lte from my end. I am confused as hell. The two previous globe reps are insisting on the other hand that I have to change my sim to a special lte micro sim.

Btw, who in here can confirm that they are using the regular unlisurf rather than the blackberry unlisurf for their z10? I think the loyalty department got my data service wrong because they put me on the blackberry unlisurf.

I feel you because I have been trying to get my LTE working in my sim for over a week now. I'm still waiting for the activation. They told me they will "re-provision" the LTE in my account.
Double check if your sim is 4G capable, LTE is activated in your account and make sure you have the right plan. (regular unlisurf not the blackberry unlisurf. this is assuming you're on globe) . Almost forgot, make sure LTE is available in the location of course

- Lol i have an unposted payment from march 10 pa, and i paid on march 23 again 1,300 just to have my z10 processed. Up until now, my payment is still unposted.

Same case of you, I got my plan wrong by loyalty. Been calling loyalty ever since for they got my plan wrong and they kept insisting that I have the right plan. I talked to SM North EDSA CSRs and they said I should have the regular unlisurf. I called an account specialist via 211 and have them change my plan.
BTW, If ever you have problems with your blackberrys, only Globe North Edsa Annex, TriNoma, ayala center cubao and eastwood have blackberry specialists in store..Last edited by blu4; 04-14-13 at 11:57 PM.

If approved by NTC, Carriers/Service providers can choose or personalize what should show up on the device cignal indicator. Globe can either use "4G GLOBE", "LTE GLOBE", "LTE", "4G" or whatever suites them.

Just received it yesterday and all my bill payments were posted including those made on early April 2013 (since the cash out I made last April 8 was also included).

- Yep they told me they sent an email to the head office already and theres nothing we can do but wait. I have been going back and forth to the globe store. Same thing they always say to me is to wait. I told them if by Wednesday it is still not working I want a new line and new sim and everything. One of my officemates just applied for a plan and he got LTE within 48 hours so i figured something must be wrong with my plan.

- When I first got the line it was set to blackberry supersurf (the one with 400 consumables) after it was activated days later I researched and found out that was the wrong plan so I had it changed to the regular supersurf (without consumables) .
So currently I am on supersurf plan but still no LTE.
