did you get a confirmation msg on your blackberry? something like "your device is registered"
theoretically you dont need to create an account for anything...
take a look at your phone.. what does your signal say? 3G / GPRS / EDGE or 3g / gprs / edge ? are you getting the 4 blackberry dots? a little more information would help...

My signal was sometimes 3G or edge(Lowecase)..I don't have the 4 blackberry dots..I didn't get any confirmation but when I replied bb status to 8888, bis is activated but still all my bb apps didn't work.

Here we go... This is what you should do.... Go to manage connection turn off the mobile network. Wait for 10 seconds. Turn it back on by clicking it. Your signal should change. Or if not do a battery pull.

Interesting! Hmmm... Did you buy it brand new or 2nd hand? Anyway, try to read through the forums of the 9300 curve. You might end up upgrading your OS to a higher OS5 version or a OS6.
Or your area might have signal problems. (Just a thought though.)

Good thing you bought it brand new. You might want to consider bringing the unit back to the store you bought from. Have them check it out 1st before you do anything. If it's a faulty unit they can change it.

3rd time? You've returned the unit 3 times since you bought it?
Here's the thing... You might just have a very bad signal area or you might want to consider upgrading your OS. Read through the forums of your device. It will be your best friend while your using a Blackberry. And WELCOME TO CRACKBERRY!
