After the 10.3.1 update (second), I noticed on my Q10 that it drains the battery faster than before. Even on standby, my device is unusually warm. Charging takes a long time as well.
I solved it though by doing 3 things.
1. Reset phone.
2. While the phone (Q10) is on, pull the battery out. Let it sit for a few minutes (I did 5 minutes)
3. Put the battery back and after rebooting, reset the phone one more time.
I don't know but it worked and my battery life seems longer now. No more overheating too.

Filipino. Q10.
In my case (z10), it was Google Play which was the culprit, deleting it helps improve batt life a lot. I dont whats the cause, but it uses cpu a lot. Im just using snap now

On Postpaid, you should automatically detect the LTE network. On Prepaid, you should register first on an LTE data plan.
Na experience nyo rin ba sa Z10 na pag mag add ng contact it will take sometime bago mastore ang contact. May "freezing" ng screen cguro up to a minute. Ang tagal tuloy ng saving or editing since once you hit save, nag la lag ang fone. Wala naman sa z30..
The latest update 10.3.1 has really messed up my battery life I hope an update is being worked up on this soon.
Does anyone know if Globe is offering the BlackBerry Classic? My contract with Globe is expiring soon as well and I would like to somehow "upgrade" to the classic.
how do I register to an LTE data plan? and does Smart have FUP?

You can register for a 1-day unlimited LTE data plan for Php 50, Php 299 for 7 days, and Php 999 for 30 days. The keyword is LTE<space><50/299/999> then send to 2200. I can get over 2 GB in a day and no FUP or anything like that. Just be advised that internet speed is dependent on your location. I'm at NAIA 3 right now and surfing using LTE is blazing fast.
