I agree, most sellers are from North America or Europe. But rules are rules. I'm going to try and look for one. If you want to procure locally, your best bet would be olx.ph.

Aside from OLX, I recommend ebay.ph seller josephspeedfreak. He's selling legacy devices aside from the usuall lagdroids and itoys.

I've transacted with this seller many times, and you can check his feedback. Though a lot of his items are second hand, I haven't experienced a defective item bought from him. He's got a physical store in greenhills, so you can check the items' first before you buy.
