Suddenly search in Waze doesn't work for me, and also with Spotify. It always say I'm not connected in the network. Any tips? Can I reinstall just the android runtime?

The way I would go about it would be:

1. Hard reset. (if still no go then..)
2. Turn on/off/on wifi. (if still no go then..)
3. Delete/reinstall app. (if still no go then..)
4. If you have an android launcher, turn on wifi from there. (if still no go then..)
5. This isn't directly related but, check if your SD card is corrupted or showing signs of inconsistencies. Reformat as needed. (if still no go then..)
6. If you can reinstall just the runtime then do it.
7. If until those diagnostic/remedies hasn't worked yet then I'd probably search the net for answers why and post again here at CB

I'm not a tech expert and just thinking out loud. That's how I would go about it. I hope it helps!

If you purchased your BlackBerry locally, you can try and bring it to BlackBerry service center JAKA center at makati. No need for warranty card, receipts, etc. Just bring your device.

Try to bring it in makati bring along your phones receipt.
