@eric_bb yes we talked about all of those concerns. And finally all of them has been answered. 4 devices will be on shore this year in which on May 17 we will launch the BlackBerry Z30, with the pricing outright it will be around 22 to 25k and the globe stores will be carrying it under a plan. They will all remove the old legacy devices and replace all of them with BlackBerry 10.

It's an ugly square-shaped device with just three rows of keyboard. I hope i am dead wrong about this, that this is not the next high end device. I want an all-touch with big *** screen, bigger than the z30.

Let us know where you bought it. I'm using a Q10, but I loved my Bold 9900 so much that I'm also considering buying a backup. Haven't seen them in stores anymore, though.

Anybody able to successfully register a mobile number via Viber 10? I always got error box with no other detail after submitting my number.

Made a ticket with viber and this is what I got:

Let us know where you bought it. I'm using a Q10, but I loved my Bold 9900 so much that I'm also considering buying a backup. Haven't seen them in stores anymore, though.

I also had a 9900 before my Q10 but sold it. Now I regret that decision. I'm still in the province but I contacted Globe last week and was told that they still had limited stock of the Bold 9900. The price is 26,490. You can try MemoXpress. They might have stock and it might be cheaper. When I passed by their BlackBerry pod last month, they had new stock of the Bold 9790, which I thought was already extinct. I hope BlackBerry doesn't pull out their OS 7 devices too soon!

I tried the Viber10 one more time just now and still didnt work, deleted it, installed viber from snap, register and got activation code within 10seconds. So maybe its the BB problem.

I guess replacing the P'9982 with Q5 could be better or just add Q5 to the list? If someone is not interested in buying a Z10 or Z30 most probably that person won't be interested to buy the P'9982. Jut made me think.

I had encountered almost all if the problems mentioned.. from download to registration to activation.

For download, it might be network traffic, understandably many are downloading right now and most likely your download gets corrupted along the way. For me, I redo downloading more than 4 times, and the last one was via wifi and it took me almost 10mins to download the 16MB app from bbworld. To make sure everything is clean, try reset phone and redo download. Also try download and purposedly cancel the download to clear the cache.

For registration, what I learned from a user named 'rusty' is that it gives an error if the number is associated with another installation. Solution is delete the BBW version, install the previous viber the works (most likely from snap or direct apk), get into viber settings, deactivate the account, delete the viber app, go to bbw and download and install viber10 again, this time the registration will go through.

For activation, I also experienced the long wait. The simplest solution is to tap thr activation screen, it has a button to ask viber to call me. I click on the button and less than 30seconds viber call me and gave me my activation code. It does takes a while for the activation to finish (around 20secs max).

Now my problem is that viber was only able to import 8 contacts from my contact list. My contacts are all under gmail and no local. Ive a lit of sync/update but still the same.

Another problen is that my stickers are all gone.
