So if you happen to get 3 broken FRU devices in a row, does T-mo have a multi fru procedure? As in, FRU TO NEW?

I've heard of some people getting a new device after several broken refurbs sent to them. But it sounds like there isn't a real set number of returns. And it's definitely much MORE than 3.

T-Mobile has an official Multiple Exchange policy that allows an alternate device if specific conditions are met. You must have three exchanges within 90 days or less, and it only applies to certain phones. If you meet those criteria, you don't get free pick of a replacement. They have specific models assigned as alternates for a given handset.

What type of phone do you have? The 8320 in your profile?

Possible, but they generally do a different device altogether, which means it probably wouldn't be another BB. This is because people will attempt to abuse the policy in order to get a free upgrade.
