    I know with MetroPCS and Cricket you have to actually activate the phone via IMEI to their network before placing the SIM card in. Does Simple Mobile require this or do they just allow you to place your SIM in any phone for it to work?

    P.S. Cricket is bogus for charging $25 in store for 'phone activation'. I hate that about them.

    As it should be! Thanks! It bugs me how most prepaid require that just for the simple fact that it is a hassle if you did want to switch phones. Thanks again!
