My q10 is restarting like 15-25 times a day, often as I unlock the lock screen with the gesture. Or I pick it up and just see the BlackBerry logo on startup.

    I am running a leaked version, Q10SQN100-3/

I have tried a few wipes and that has not helped. I have tried different ways of restoring media and applications. I do not have any sideloaded android apps, or sideloading apps at all since the most recent wipe.

Last night phone powered off by itself and then showed the red outline of the battery indicating it's fully dead and I must plug it in to continue powering up. I knew the battery was at least 70% when this happened. Upon plugging it in my battery did show to be 70%.

I am on a 3 year contract that I just started with Rogers on launch day. All their customer service tells me is that my only option is go get a loaner (9300 curve) and then it may take up to six weeks to get any idea of what's wrong with my q10.

I have shareable plan, the other line is not on any contract, I gave my girlfriend an unlocked z10 and she joined the account. I pay $180 taxes incl for both lines and rogers will only offer me the inconvenience of having a 9300 for up to six weeks? This is insane.

Any suggestions anyone? They have so much inventory of the BlackBerry q10 why can't they just do a swap and keep a customer happy and from potentially eating the contract canceling fee and going to their competition and paying them 180$ a month.

    I'd downgrade to a carrier official 10.1.
That many reboots isn't normal, and shouldn't be caused by the OS; that being said, it's possible something went wrong in the leak you installed and the reboots could be fixed by a wipe/downgrade.

Fair enough! Thanks all. I will see if going back to an official 10.1 version solves my problems.
